Course Details
This course is designed for secondary students who need alternative provision or re-engagement. It’s ideal for those at risk of exclusion, facing persistent absence, or dealing with SEMH and behaviour challenges.
The Three-Stage Pathway
Stage 1: Engagement & Consistency – Build trust, motivation, and regular participation
Stage 2: Non-accredited ‘MUCM’ Module – Develop creative and soft skills through hands-on projects
Stage 3: Accredited Qualifications – Gain formal recognition

What Students Do
- Music production (beat-making, recording, mixing)

Delivery Model
- Session Times: 09:45 – 14:15, Monday to Friday (term-time)
- Location: MUCM professional creative studios
- Frequency: Typically 1-2 days per week per student, agreed during onboarding
